The Bluebird Home required more than a renovation — it required rethinking how the entire main level functioned. The kitchen was relocated to a completely new position across the floor plan, allowing for a dramatically larger footprint and a layout that made sense for the way the home is actually used. A widened entry hall and open sightlines replaced what had been a compartmentalized floor plan, while new lighting, doors, trim, and flooring carry a cohesive material language through every room. Both main-level bathrooms were fully rebuilt as part of the scope. The result is a home that feels purposeful and unified — not renovated, but resolved.
